Not sure what to do with all that leftover chocolate from Easter. Well here is a super easy and healthy treat. The combination of dark and milk chocolate mixed with trail mix is perfect for an afternoon treat or late night nosh watching you favourite show. Just add your favourite trail mix with 10 oz of melted chocolate and refrigerate until solid.
4 oz of milk chocolate (this came from the Chocolate Bunny)
1 cup of Canadian Trail Mix
1. Melt all the chocolate in a double boiler.
2. Spread on a cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment paper and sprayed with cooking spray. Add the trail mix and combine gently.
3. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more until the chocolate sets.
