I specialize In Mediterranean Cuisines, primarily Greek from all regions of the Sun kissed Land of olive groves and citrus orchards. If the Mediterranean diet is not your liking, I have a wide repertoire of Peruvian dishes to select from.

One of the crowd favourites that I specialize in are Empanadas. These delicious bundles of goodness can be stuffed with sweet or savoury fillings. I deliver them fresh to your door. Serve them right away or freeze them for another time. I bake my empanadas!
